Terminal 1 International Pick-up

1. Turn your phone on after landing and turn data on.

2. Your driver will SMS and WhatsApp you after landing, please look for their message as your driver won't enter the Airport till you confirm you landed.

3. If you can't see an SMS or WhatsApp please connect to the FREE Airport Wifi once you disembark the plane.

4. Please confirm with driver if you have any delays or see large queues in immigration or customs.

5. Please tell the driver once you have arrived at the baggage carousel.

6. MEETING PLACE - If you have completed steps 1-5 then your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall as you exit customs holding a sign with your name on it. All limousine drivers tend to stand in a line to make it easy to find your driver.

If you can't see your driver then look for their SMS or WhatsApp and call them directly.

Terminal 2 Domestic Pick-up

1. Turn your phone on after landing and turn data on.

2. Your driver will SMS and WhatsApp you after landing, please look for their message as your driver won't enter the Airport till you confirm you landed. They will continue to wait 60 seconds drive away in the Limo staging area.

3. If you can't see an SMS or WhatsApp please connect to the FREE Airport Wifi once you disembark the plane.

4. Please confirm with driver if you have checked bags or just carry-on. If you are carry-on only please tell them once you have disembarked the plane so they know to move in to the VIP Limo Parking.

5. Please tell the driver once you have collected your bags.

6. MEETING PLACE - If you have completed steps 1-5 then your driver will be arriving very shortly. The T2 Curb-Side Limo Parking is located outside baggage carousel 3 & 4.

If you can't see your driver then please call them directly.

Terminal 3 Domestic Pick-up

1. Turn your phone on after landing and turn data on.

3. If you can't see an SMS or WhatsApp please connect to the FREE Airport Wifi once you disembark the plane.

4. Please confirm with driver if you have checked bags or just carry-on. If you are carry-on only please tell them once you have disembarked the plane so they know to move in to the VIP Limo Parking.

5. Please tell the driver once you have collected your bags.

6. MEETING PLACE - If you have completed steps 1-5 then your driver will be arriving very shortly. The T3 Curb-Side Limo Parking is located before the Taxi Rank. To find walk outside from Baggage Carousels, turn right and walk past the taxi rank against the flow of traffic. See the diagram for more info.
