Terms and Conditions of Booking

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with TeslaAirportTransfers.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation (SMS, or WhatsApp).

It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
2. Pricing & Payments
-
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Pre-payment may be required for certain bookings. We accept secure debit and credit card payments or bank transfers.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund.
-
Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the pick-up time: $40 booking fee will be charged.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pick-up time: No refund, a credit may be provided at our discretion.

No-shows or missed flights without notice: No refund. (No show is counted as not ready 15 minutes after booked pick-up time)

For refundable bookings, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Changes or cancelled trips due to Airlines cancelling or changing flights, we offer a voucher or credit to be used within 12 months of the original booking trip date.
4. Changes to Bookings
-
Changes to bookings (such as time or flight details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Late changes may incur additional charges.
5. Delays & Waiting Time for Arriving Flights
-
We monitor flights in real-time. No extra charge for delays due to air traffic.

Domestic flights: First 45 minutes of waiting time is included.

International flights: First 60 minutes of waiting time is included.
-
Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard rate of $1 per minute.
5A. Guaranteed On-Time Pick-Up – Airport Departures
We proudly offer a Guaranteed On-Time Pick-Up promise for all airport transfer bookings heading to the airport.

We guarantee your driver will arrive at your pickup location at the booked time or within 15 minutes after the booked time, or your ride is free.

Our drivers aim to arrive 1 to 5 minutes early wherever possible.

If we fail to arrive within the 15-minute window, you will not be charged for the transfer.

We may use a third party to transport you if under unforeseen circumstances to ensure we do our best to try get you to the airport for your flight.

This guarantee applies only to transfers to the airport where the booking was confirmed at least 12 hours in advance.
Waiting Policy – Departures:
-
Your booking includes 5 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the scheduled pickup time.
-
If you are not ready within those 5 minutes, a waiting fee of $10 per additional 5 minutes applies, up to a maximum of 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes past the booked time, the driver may leave the pickup location, especially if they have a following booking to ensure no delays to other passengers.

If the driver does not have another booking immediately after yours, they may choose to wait longer at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

If you are not ready after 15 minutes and the driver is leaving then we charge 75% of the fare. However if you approach us with respect we are always looking to find the best solution but good faith solutions will not be given to people who are rude, aggressive or are disrespectful to the driver or our staff.
6. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person acting in a manner that is abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe.

No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is permitted inside the vehicle.
7. Luggage Allowance

Standard luggage allowance includes 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on per person.

Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at time of booking to ensure appropriate vehicle allocation.
8. Liability
-
While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic, weather, or road closures).

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items.
9. Child Seats
-
Child and booster seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring children are correctly restrained in accordance with NSW road rules.
10. Force Majeure
-
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your booking and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
