Airport Pick-Up Information

International Pick-Up
After landing, we will contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or call to coordinate your pick-up inside the arrivals hall. Your personal driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Domestic Pick-Up
After landing, your driver will contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or call to coordinate your curb-side pick-up. We have special limousine access for fast and easy collection.

Surcharges and Fees

• Pricing includes 2 passengers.

• 3rd and 4th passengers are $5 each.

• One-way trips to the airport incur a $5 booking fee.

• One-way trips from the airport incur a $10 booking fee.

• Peak hour surcharge of $10 applies for trips going to the airport between 6:31 AM and 8:29 AM.

• Early morning trips to the airport:

• 4:00 AM to 4:59 AM incur a $20 surcharge.

• 3:00 AM to 3:59 AM incur a $50 surcharge.

• Landing between 8:00 PM and 9:59 PM incur a $10 surcharge.

• Domestic landing after 10:00 PM incur a $15 surcharge.

• International landing after 10:00 PM incur a $20 surcharge.

• Additional stops are available. Please contact us for a quote.

• Trips to the airport include a 5 minute grace period past the agreed pick-up time. After this, waiting is charged at $1 per minute. Waiting beyond 15 minutes is not guaranteed.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $40 fee.

• Extra Luggage Box for those with excess luggage is $40 per trip.

Luggage Limits Per Vehicle (Tesla Model Y)

• 3 large suitcases plus 2 carry-on, or

• 4 medium suitcases plus 2 carry-on.
  For 1 to 2 passengers:

• 2 large suitcases plus skis plus 2 carry-on, or

• 2 large suitcases plus surfboard plus 2 carry-on
   

Luggage Box (Extra Luggage)

• Add 1 more XL size case by pre-booking our new Rola Luggage Box for just $40. This will allow you to take 4 XL Size suitcases and 4 Adults plus carry on!
   

6-7 Seat Vans Available

• Need more than 4 seats then book a luxury 6-7 seat van. Contact us for a quote!​

Rear-facing seat (0 to 6 months): $25
Forward-facing seat (6 months to 4 years): $25
Booster seat (4 to 8 years or under 145 cm): $20

Guaranteed On-Time Pick-Up

We offer an On Time or It’s Free guarantee. If we arrive more than 15 minutes late from your agreed pick-up time, your trip is free.

To qualify for the on-time guarantee, please book your pick-up time at least 3 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights.

​

Our drivers typically arrive 5 minutes early. If required, a partner vehicle may be dispatched at no extra cost to ensure your pick-up is not delayed.​

Drivers will wait 5 minutes free of charge from the agreed pick-up time. After this, waiting time is charged at $1 per minute. Waiting beyond 15 minutes is not guaranteed.
