International Pick-up

Our International VIP Airport Pickup fees include the first 55 minutes of parking, if you experience any issues in arrivals with Customs, Baggage, Immigration then please contact your driver to minimise additional parking chargers. Longer than 55 minutes we may charge an additional $14 to $51 as Sydney Airport has parking limits.

Domestic Pick-up

We will meet you curbside after you collect your suitcase. We have special Limo Access.
 

Surcharges

• 1-Way trips are subject to a $5 booking fee

• $10 Peak Hour Surcharge for trips to Airport/CBD from 06:31 AM to 08:45 AM Monday to Friday 

• $20 Early pickups before 5:00 AM

• $10 Additional Stops $10+ (Contact us for a quote)

• $10 for flights landing after 8:00 PM

• $5 Fee for per passenger for passengers 3 & 4 in each vehicle.

• To Airport trips include a 5 minute grace period past the agreed pick-up time. After that a $1 per minute waiting fee applies. We do not guarantee the driver can stay longer than 15 minutes past the original booked pickup time.

Child Seats

• $25 Rear-facing (0 to 6 months)

Guaranteed on time Pick-up Terms 

• We take punctuality seriously. That's why we proudly offer a Guaranteed Pickup Promise: On Time or It’s Free If we are more than 15 minutes late from your agreed pickup time, your ride is free—no questions asked. We reserve the right to send a partner car which may not be the car booked but will be at no cost to the customer to ensure you arrive at the airport on time. We Aim to Arrive Early Our drivers typically aim to arrive 1 to 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. Your Responsibility to Be Ready and ensure you book to arrive at the Airport 2.5 hours for International Flights and 90 mins before domestic flights. We understand travel can be unpredictable, but to stay on schedule: Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes free of charge from the agreed pickup time then it's $1 per minute. We do not guarantee waiting beyond 15 minutes after your agreed pickup time to ensure we can get to the next Airport Transfer on time. 
  
  ❌ No Show Policy If you're not ready or cannot be contacted or are not ready within 15 minutes of your booked pickup time, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.

• All rates include: Tolls, Point to Point Authority fees, GST, and VIP Limo airport parking and pickup fees.

• Flight cancelled? No cost to move or cancel your trip regardless of when, or flight delayed no charge to change the booking pickup time, subject to availability. 

• Trip cancelled 24+ hours in advance: FREE Cancellation

• Trip cancelled inside 24 to 12 hours (Credit Provided)

• Trip Cancelled inside 12 hours is non-refundable however as mentioned if you are nice and respectful we may offer something that is fair based on the circumstances.
