Fair Use & Waiting Time Policy*

To ensure we remain on time for all clients, the following waiting time policy applies:

Standard Pickups (Home, Hotel or Office)

5 minutes complimentary wait time included.
Maximum standard wait time: 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, we reserve the right to depart.
If the driver’s schedule allows, additional wait time is charged at $1 per minute

Please be ready at your scheduled pickup time.

Airport Arrivals

We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times automatically.

Domestic Arrivals:

Up to 60 minutes complimentary wait time from touchdown.
After 60 minutes: $1 per minute waiting time.

International Arrivals:

Up to 70 minutes complimentary wait time from touchdown.
After 70 minutes: $1 per minute waiting time.
If clearance exceeds 90 minutes from touchdown, an additional $50 airport parking fee applies in addition (Sydney Airport charge).

Delays are uncommon, but if you experience issues with customs or baggage, please stay in contact with your driver.
